Practice Groups
The
old saying "Practice makes perfect" is not correct.
The
correct saying would be
"Perfect
practice makes perfect"
Just going through your practices won't make you your best.
DOING your best in every practice
is how you will succeed in BEING your best.

Gold:
This is our highest level and is intended for the serious
competitive swimmer. This group will train most nights an average of 3000-5000
yards. The coaches would like to see this group attend every dual meet and 2
USA meets including a Friday night session each season. This group practices
every night Monday thru Friday in the fall and winter but only on Monday thru
Thursday in the spring and summer. This group, also, includes many of the high school swim
team members during their off season.
